Description
G.P.T.CO Base Plate For Pump Systems — Zinc Plated Steel
The G.P.T.CO base plate is the mounting frame for a packaged pump system. It carries the pumps, the manifolds, and the electric panel stand on one rigid platform, so the assembly can be built on the bench, moved as a unit, and set down on the floor or on antivibration feet without the piping taking any of the load.
The body is a single folded channel in 3 mm FE 370 steel. The mounting plane runs the full length of the plate with slotted fixing holes, so pump feet can be positioned anywhere along the run — no drilling, no matching a specific bolt pattern. Fixing holes at both ends anchor the plate to the floor, and additional holes on the plane take the panel stand. The folded section is what gives a 3 mm sheet its stiffness: a flat plate of the same thickness would flex under a running pump and pass that movement straight into the joints.
Eight sizes cover 1, 2, 3 and 4 pump systems in two widths — 12″ for standard frames and 16″ where the pumps or the manifold spacing need a deeper mounting plane.
